Aperture update 2.13?

I downloaded the new software update to my Aperture 2.0. Now when I click on the adjustment sliders the pic sometimes goes black and I have to randomly click various undo arrows to get my pic back. I did not mess with any preference settings during the download so what do you think I need to do to reset my software?

The newest edition is 2.3...so might want to get that firstly...

2.1.3 is the latest version
No version 2.3 (yet).

I have 2.1.3 running without any problems. Have you done the "repair permissions" thing after the update? If not, try that. Sometimes helps, sometimes not.

I meant to say 2.3. I am away on a trip so I miss wrote my version update when I posted. I have the new Imac and everything worked flawless until I updated the new software version.

Very weird, my version 2.3 works fine on my MacBook.

A Few Suggestions
2.1.3

If your previews and thumb nails are still loading this can happen. Go to Window and select Activity Viewer and cancel previews.

Also, quit Aperture and re-start.

Another suggestion is to repair your permissions using your disk utility.

How much Ram do you have?

I think my problem had to do with my pics not completely loading before I started to tweek them. I have 4 gig of ram and a new Imac. I do notice that my adjustments I make on Aperture do not show up the same when viewed in Smugmug?

Yes, wait till they are all downloaded and turn off previews or wait until they have all been created.

I use the Aperture export to Smugmug tool and I notice no difference in the version I export and my Smugmug version.

Aperture 2.1.3 seems to have a problem (or I do, anyway)
I haven't had any trouble performing adjustments - but that may be because I haven't done any adjustments. I have been wrestling with a problem with Aperture.

Recently I discovered that clicking on the "Show Vaults" icon causes Aperture to get "bound up" and essentially stop working (everything gets slooooooow).

I deleted Aperture, deleted the user account from the machine, established another user account, re-installed Aperture (2.0) and the problem was solved.

Tonight I updated to Aperture 2.1.3 and the problem came back.

I think there are problems with 2.1.3
