Problem with RSS Feeds and Maximum 100 items

But no matter what I do, I can not get more then 100 items to show up in this feed.

I've tried RSS and ATOM, I've tried with 400, 300, 200 and 120 items (my feed should have around 111 items as I write this). I've tried both "api.smugmug.com" and with my own name ("crisjh.smugmug.com"). I've also tried a 'recent photos' feed with the same results.
Also is there a way to reverse the feed? I'm using Yahoo Pipes for doing the reverse at the moment and that works fine, but if there is a way to do it right from smugmug, I'd prefer to do that.
Any help is appreciated.
