It's been a long time since I shared my photos here, but I had a bit of a slump where I wasn't shooting very much. Over the last few months I have had the opportunity to photograph a number of bands that my friend plays in around NYC, and it has really sparked my interest in photography again. The lighting conditions are terrible at best and range from ultra warm red light to super cool blue. Everything was shot with in RAW with a Nikon D200, Nikkor 50mm F1.8, Sigma 90mm F2.8, and a few Nikkor 20mm and Lensbaby shots thrown in the mix. All post processing was done in Lightroom. </p>

Overall, I have been happy with the way the D200 performs under these conditions and I have been really enjoying the challenge. I would like to eventually pick up some faster glass. Maybe the 50mm 1.4 and 85mm 1.8.
