Not the best images I have produced but I figured you all might get a kick out of them.

Boy, watch where you step, eh? :wow

Here is a Western Diamond-Backed Rattlesnake

    177741244_Arr6n-L.jpg

Athough commonly not this red the two animals look somewhat different. And even though you can occasionally find the two inhabiting similar areas, C.cerberus tend to stick to higher elevation in Arizona while C. atrox tend to stick to the desert floor.

    Snakes are very beautiful....nice captures...
    thumb.gifthumbthumb.gifthumbthumb.gifbowdown.gifbowbowdown.gifbowbowdown.gif.....
I used to keep Velvet Tailed (timber rattler) rattlesnakes on my front porch, to deter the sales men of any sort.......and others not really wanted to be bothered by..............:D
But they were beautiful with that solid jet black tail.....

Very cool snake images. I'd love to have a lot more snakes and reptiles in general.
