SmugVault - Round 2

Hi Smugmug Folks,
OK, Smugmug support couldn't provide a great answer (just an accountant).
I created a Smugvault account back last August, and deleted it several days later, assuming this would delete all content (and I haven't been billed by Amazon DevPay since). However, I've been billed faithfully by Amazon ever since *for the contents of this bucket* which no longer exists in my S3 account.
So, I can't see this bucket, can't delete it or perform operations on it, my Smugvault account is marked closed in the control panel, yet according to Amazon it's still there, and I'm getting billed for it.
This is really getting irratating (at ~9 months), has any smugmugger seen this, or have an idea how I'd fix it?
thanks in advance,
Mark

hardly naive when amazon has no record of it, it was created by smugvault explicitly (hence it's naming structure on the service bill). Obviously at some point SmugVault (or Amazon) had a bug, and I'm the lucky recipient.
Unfortunately, you get stuck as small fish between two uncaring entities.
Can you please point me to a gallery that contains any SmugVault files ?
Thanks,

Hi David,
Unfortunately no. I canceled the SmugVault last August, but for some reason, all the content in the Smugvault was left beheaded in a "quasi" state. I'm simply left with an Amazon usage activity report that shows the following "smugvault-122753-5db8eae8546b28bc99d16f2ad25a5934".
It's a really weird state, where i'm left with some sort of Amazon storage that I can't get rid off, created by the Smugvault app which is now turned off.
If there's any other information you need from me, I'll give you anything you need!!!! Thanks David for helping out!

Did you try to login at this Amazon link? What does it display? Maybe you can make a screenshot of it and send it to the helpdesk with a link back to this thread?
