Customizing Camera RAW settings

My initial problems were addressed in this thread, about color settings.

So since I do in fact shoot mostly RAW, I am always bumping up saturation and tint... is there a way to change the default settings in the CS camera RAW? I've upgraded recently to 2.2. My default tint is always at +22, which seems to make the colors rather dull, and the saturation is at 0 (that one makes sense). I'm usually bumping tint down to +5 and saturation to at least +8. Very often, when I shoot in the same place, I'll do the first photo and save those settings, then apply those to the rest. But thats still an extra click... Anyone, anyone???

Thanks!
