Hello Everyone
longtime no post; I ran into a problem last night where
I was uploading pics into a new gallery. All of a sudden I
was unable to view any of my pics not only in this gallery
but even galleries I havent accessed in months.
Im using firefox, I closed reopened, cleared cache.
I also open with IE to no avail as well. I get only a message
stating transferring data from pixel.quantserve.com
Currently using:
MS Windows XP, updates installed
Please help!!!

All of the galleries I can see are password protected, but I can see that the galleries are there and I can see the thumbnail picture. Sorry I can't help anymore than that.

thanks for the reply christina, I just unlocked a gallery under Fluid Pools.
That was a duh of the first order on my part
Check the following two links:
#1. link 1
#2. link 2
If the photo in #2 shows, but you can't see the photo in #1, it might be that you have any kind of anti-virus, firewall, ad-blocking or internet security software that is blocking our javascript. Try to temporarily disable any such software and see if that allows you to view the photo in link #1.
In this case, you would need to add *.smugmug.com to your security software's list of trusted pages. If you don't know on how to do that, please let us know what software you are using. Also check the tray area next to the clock in your taskbar for any running programs and list them all to us.
