What am I doing wrong at GoDaddy?

I'm new to having a webpage, so thanks for bearing with me. I have a SmugMug standard account, and I know that direct website forwarding isn't encouraged by support here, but since I have selling disabled in my galleries, I'm not all that concerned about a slight chance of cookies not working. Someday I'll take the plunge for a Pro account, but for now, all I want is to be able to type in my domain name www.diamonddphotography.com and have it send me to diamondd.smugmug.com. I know this should be possible since I've seen others report in the forums from folks who did just this.
I signed up for the basic SmugmugDomains/GoDaddy account and purchased the domain. I set forwarding to http://diamondd.smugmug.com. But when I type in my domain name, I get the "Address Not Found" error message. So I tried creating a GoDaddy starter webpage just to see if that would work, and I still get the same "not found" message.
I got my email account working fine through GoogleApps (great system by the way, now I can use IMAP through Outlook with my own domain name) but what am I doing wrong with my webpage? Here are my settings, thanks for any help you can offer!

Did you know that you can use custom Domains with a Power account? You don't need to upgrade all the way to a Pro account to use a custom domain. http://www.smugmug.com/help/power-custom-domain
