These shots are from last fall at Thunder Hole in Acadia the day after Tropical Stom Hanna made its way up the coast. I used the second shot before, but I recently revisited my work form that day have always felt that the rest of the series of this wave tells the rest of the story. C&c welcome. Thanks

Thanks, thunder Hole has to be timed just right to get the best spray, you want to be there with S to SE sea as the tide comes in, its usuall good to get there as the tide is about half up, the tide will come in quikly an at about three quarters up the show will be at its best. Whens the seas are high, 6" or better the sold grannet rocks willl vibrate!

All four are good, but #2 tells the story big time.
    Well done.

Thank you all for the comments. My favorites are also #s 2&4, with #4 edging #2 out for favorite. (my niece thinks it is hilarious due to the people getting soaked) I also like all four together, as a series. Thanks again for the kind words.

Great series, Peter. You really captured a moment in time!! I bet those folks would like to see these. Or were they your kayak clients taking a break from all that paddling! rolleyes1.gif

    Good stuff--thanks for sharing.
