WTB tripod converter plate 7/32 to 1/4

I have an older Vivitar Tripod that has the 7/32 or 15/64 threaded post. I need an adapter plate to allow the fit of my Induro SA01 Ball Head which of course needs a 1/4 inch threaded tripod post. Anyone have one for sale? Or know where I can buy one?
