In the clouds

Views of Mount Baker from the ski area, taken during the transition from sunny weather to storm system. I had to wait a while but my goal was a shot with sunshine on Coleman Pinnacle (spire in the lower right center).

As I was set up, breaks in the clouds would cast these moving windows of sunshine across the snow..




And sometimes I'd swing around 180 degrees for the same effect. Here some sunshine quickly sped across the upper slopes of Hemispheres..
