I'd say move your fill/second light up a bit. In #2 especially, you're getting some unflattering cross lighting on the right side of her face, mainly because your light is positioned low.

Gorgeous model though. Get the lighting right, and she'll look even better.

    • thumb.gif lovely model
    • headscratch.gif not sure about BW in #2, looks like you overplayed with the channels
    • headscratch.gif #3 (color one) seems a bit on a bluish side, typical for flash lighting and AutoWB
    • headscratch.gif Having the lights *below* the subject is typicaly done for special efffects purposes (this one goes along the lines that Pete said)
    Keep shooting and sharing! thumb.gif

Thanks very much for the comments everyone! iloveyou.gif

I will work on the fill lighting, I keep forgetting to pick up some bounce cards.

Nikolai - you are absolutely right about overplaying the channels, i turned the reds down to try to play down her freckles a bit since i thought they were distracting, but it may have adversely affected the rest of the image. I may also have oversharpened a bit.

She is a new to modeling so she was a bit awkward and stiff at first but after I put on some music and fed her a few drinks she loosened up nicely and we got some great shots.

Thanks again, and keep em coming if you could.
