Hello everyone...New to Digital Grin so I though I would start off by showing a couple from the back yard...Also, a little about me...I am on the east coast of the USA...Southern part of North Carolina...Started photography about 35yrs
ago...Enjoyed the film days but since digital, I have become a "photoholic"...
I have a day job and that, at times gets in the way of pictures...
I will do my best to share lots of photo's and I hope you enjoy seeing them as much as I enjoyed taking them...

Those are great, but I really love #3. He looks like he's about to fall off the railing, contemplating whether or not he wants to stick around while you take the shot!
Please ignore my opinions! And if I ask for constructive criticism, please give it to me. I have really thick skin! :huh

Either that or he's constipated and trying real hard! :D Nice first post John. I especially like #2. Looking forward to more from you.

Welcome to Dgrin John and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your pics. These are very good capture. Fine detail and good backgrounds. clap.gif

On the comp I would try not to get your subjects so centered.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
