Photo op trip in BC...

I am trying to put together a tour/photo op package on Vancouver Island, featuring 4 days of whale watching, bear sighting, bird (including bald eagle) sighting, a hot springs trip by float plane, all at a 5 star resort / spa with a world class chef. Of course, pricing gets better as the group gets larger (to a max of 20 or 24 people). If a package could be put together to cover everything from transportation from and to the local airport, all meals, excursions, tips, gratuities, including a spa package and evening activities for the group, would anyone be interested in a trip next spring? What kind of cost would one be willing to pay for a 5 day4 night (ie arrive Monday, leave Friday), all inclusive (except alcohol other than wine with dinner)?

My wife and I had the opportunity to stay at this world-class resort as part of a group activity a few years back and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves...they treated us like royalty. A group trip garners their undivided attention!

If interested in more details of what I am trying to plan, and suggestions to make the trip more enjoyable, please email me at neilm AT nbnet.nb.ca. I am aiming for next spring when the whales are running and the bears and eagles are feeding their young.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Neil

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
