Props to Adorama

In line with another thread, I have to give HUGE props to Adorama!

Planned to buy the Elinchrom Ranger kit, needed it before the weekend but didn't want to spend $150 on 2nd Day shipping.

Called in Wednesday morning saying I was planning on buying that kit but only paying for 3rd Day UPS Shipping and asking if they could rush it the same day anyway (They only usually "rush" for Overnight or 2nd Day orders).

CS Rep was friendly and said no problem, placed the order, kit went out a few hours later, and I received it this morning exactly as ordered (along with a bunch of accessories I ordered).

    I agree - great service. They had an item delayed that I ordered a few months ago, and I had multiple people call me on the phone to inform me of the delay and they sent it faster shipping to ensure it arrived when they promised when I placed the order. Their prices are great too.

    Agreed! I spend my money at Adorama over other on-line retailers. They are great to work with and prices are almost always competative or better than the others.

    I have shopped with other on-line retailers with varying degrees of satisfaction, but with Adorama I have been ALWAYS 100% satisfied. I have NEVER had a bad experience with them. clap.gif

    That reminds me... I have to get my credit card out and surf on over to their site!
