scroll bar on the "buy" menu disappeared

The scroll bar for viewing prices is missing in my galleries. This means that only the first few of my print sizes are available for purchase, since my customers cannot scroll to order anything larger than an 8x10. Here is the gallery that a client could not order an 11x14 from today:

Only one gives me this message: "You have options set that may limit which items are shown". What are those options?

Smugmug support said it was due to Internet Explorer. Probably most of my clients use IE. Is there any other reason the scroll bar would be missing? could this be a bug?

Working fine in IE. Can you check the link 'simplify this page' and uncheck all the options, should return your scroll bar

Thank you , Andy. I put the checks on it this afternoon when I was trying to bring back this scroll bar. I'm very glad you see that you had it. I now had the scroll bar back 2 out of 5 times. I don't know what is going on!

Could you include some more details?

Which exact version of IE do you use?

What gallery did you try it with?

Could you take a screenshot of your whole screen showing the issue? Here's how to take a screenshot on Windows.

Did you see any error message, like 'done with errors' in the status bar at the bottom of the IE window?
