    I have to say I prefer #1, #2 has just too much in darkness that makes me strain my eyes to try and make any detail out.

    I just saw your entry in the Entry Gallery and think it is beautiful. I think you should stick with it!

    Hi Hawkeye
    I like number one.. The composition is more open and comfortable..
    The only thing I can nit pick here is that the grass in the foreground upfront to the left is a little blown out and unnaturally bright and that stands out a little because the rest of the composition is a natural dim color..
    Maybe crop a little on the bottom, just a little to reduce the brightness or perhaps you could burn it in very "mildly" in Photoshop. Just make sure you keep your tolerance on the brush down to a 4% or lower opacity and your brush hardeness turned all the way down if you use burn.
