Trying to Download My Photo

I've been trying to download my Galleries for the last month or so. I have tried SmugDav, Rapid fetcher, and Fox Fire unloader. I can see the galleries on all of the programs and can down load part of the galleries but they all do the same thing. They stop down loading about 4 to 7 pictures in the process. I get an error message on SmugDav and Rapid Fetcher but I don't remember exactly what it was. Has anyone else had the problem or know a solution?

I'm running Mac OSX 10.5.6

What is the link to the gallery that you tried downloading? Try only one at a time. It may be an issue in one gallery. If one works, do the next and once you encounter the troublesome gallery, let us know which one it is and which photo it last downloaded.

Just tried one with SmugDAV. This is the error Message that I get. It will happen with all of the galleries that I've tried. "Server Connection interrupted: smugdav.mg" This is on a message and i also get the option to disconnect. The gallery that I tried to download is: A6757616_Lady_Bruins_VS_Southeast

Could you run a line test and a trace route and send the results to the help desk. This will give us a good look at your connection.
