This is my first capture of a baltimore Oriole. I been shooting birds many years but until now haven't been where they are or had the opportunity, better composition next time lol

Beautiful color Randall. I'd love to see this larger though.

Adorable! The whole time I lived in Baltimore I never saw a real live Oriole. Only the references to the baseball team lol3.gif

I love the foot on top of the fruit, as if he's saying "MINE."

I've seen the "real" ones (grew up in the Baltimore area, they are scarce but I see them at my parents' house still), but never one like this---this must be a female? Great shot!
Please ignore my opinions! And if I ask for constructive criticism, please give it to me. I have really thick skin! :huh

Nice image Randall. I saw one once in East Granby Connecticut (only one I've seen).

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

One like that is often around my buddies garden feeder as well.

It's a striking bird, so yellow and bold looking.
