Photo Size Limitation?

So I had a panoramic picture that I've put on my site. I edited it, converted it to JPEG, and uploaded it. Fine. No problems. However, I started using the LR plugin to upload my photos to smug mug so I don't have to create JPEG and therefore take up unnecessary storage space. So I re-edited the original raw files of the photos, and went to upload the photo. It said there was an error and couldn't upload because the size limitation. The photo is 15566 x 4396, and, in PSD form, is 152.9MB where as the older version I did in JPEG is 25.6MB.
What can I do to get this photo on my smug mug aside from converting it to JPEG I'm guessing, which I don't want to do?
Thanks for the help.

Your photo is too big, I'm sorry.

It looks like what I had to do was export at 300 ppi (versus 350 as I normally do) and take the JPEG quality down to 90 (versus 100 as I normally do).
My other attempts at making the file smaller for upload actually made the file bigger. 350ppi - 300ppi, no other adjustments was a 29MB file versus 25 at 350ppi. sRGB versus ProPhoto RGB made the file from 25 to 39MB. They all kinda had backwards effects. Weird. Anyways...switching the JPEG quality to 90 from 100 seemed to do the trick. I won't be printing it from the site anyways, so I can still print the JPEG 100 and 350ppi version if I need to.
Thanks Andy for the help.
