HELP. "Invalid album/image id"
I cannot export from Lightroom to Smugmug. First time I have experienced any type of error like this. In addition, uploading photos through the normal drag & drop method is not working.

Firefox 3.0.9

Export Plugin version 20090504.90

I would assume we're not alone.

Hey Andy!
I wasn't using Lightroom plugin... just trying to upload some photos. Couldn't get it to work with three different upload programs. I just noticed, however, that they are now starting to pop into my gallery. Everything on my end's looking good now....
Don't know if this helps... but thought I'd let you know...
Thanks for all you guys do!!
Mine is still not working. I use Jeffrey's Lightroom Plugin and I just sent a donation in to see that would provide some good karma, but to no avail.

No doubt about that. I'm trying to get my daily image up, but now I can't even log in.

Third party uploaders not working? I've tried twice now to upload via StarExplorer this evening. I uploaded 300 photos this afternoon before the outage. But, now, it uploads the photo, then gets an XML/RPC error after the upload. No matter how many times I try, nothing will upload via StarExplorer right now.
I've seen some other postings that the Lightroom plug-in can't upload either.
The Java-based new Smugmug uploader is able to upload right now.
Is it possible that something didn't get restored properly at the API access level so third party upload apps aren't working?

On a related note, I uploaded a bunch of images with the new Smugmug Java uploader. The first 20 images completed their upload about 40 minutes ago and there is no sign of my images in the gallery. Meanwhile, I've been uploading another 60 images to a different gallery. 23 of them have uploaded so far (the rest are still going) and nothing shows in that gallery either. My upload log shows no signs of these images.
Is there a really long delay in getting anything to show up in the gallery? Or is there some sort of problem getting the images from the upload into our galleries?

The java uploader was just as impacted as the rest of the uploaders... it just didn't have as good of error recovery. You can bet we're going to be giving a certain java developer NO END of grief on this one.
Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

I still can't upload using "Send to Smugmug".
It seems to upload 1 photo and then die.
I'm getting the following:
"A photo failed to upload. Would you like to try again?"
Now, I guess I get to start my upload over again for the third time.

This appears to be unique to Send to SmugMug... perhaps try a different uploader?

I use the "Send to SmugMug" loader myself and I hope it is resolved soon but if not I'll have to look into another method.
