Hi everyone,

I have a pc and new macbook pro. I always have trouble viewing my smugmug photos on my macbook. When I open a clients gallery, they images are not there, I can upload and can "occasionally" see the photos, but its 50/50. Is there a security setting or something that I can tweak to fix this?

My pc is fine...

Thanks in advance,
Natalie

Natalie, I'm certainly no expert, but I have experienced the same thing with our Macs. It's the Safari browser that is acting up with Smug. For some reason, from what i gathered awhile ago, a Safari update awhile back is not cooperating with SmugMug. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. headscratch.gif

I downloaded Firefox on our MacBook Pro and also on our Imac. Smug works great in Firefox. Something to try maybe.

We have decided not to use Safari unless we have to for some reason and pretty much stick with Firefox. We also do that on our PC...use Firefox rather than IE unless we have to use IE for some reason.

Someone please correct me if they have any different information.

    Correct, thanks Jan J :)

It's not only happening on SmugMug, but also on other sites. It's an
Apple issue that you can see here:

Our CEO has blogged about it here:

For now, go with Firefox and lets hope it gets resolved soon......
