I do not have the box for this item but I do have the pouch and hood.
This lens is in excellent condition.
Filter is B&W F-Pro - nice ($67.50 at BH Photo!).
Price includes shipping via UPS

    I have no idea what the extra cost would be? I would prefer US sales only.
