Lustre prints from EZ Prints have printing on the back that says:
Kodak Professional ENDURA Paper
DO NOT COPY
PROFESSIONAL IMAGES ARE
COPYRIGHT PROTECTED
Do your prints say that? I'm not sure if bayphoto uses the same paper with the same backprinting.

Can you please confirm what the back of the print says?
Don't worry, if indeed the lab printed Lustre, we'll get you a new print ASAP.

OK I did not understand. Yes, they are all lustre.
Thanks Andy:D
On second look, they do not say what Christina said ("Endura Professional") They say Kodak, but the paper seems exactly like another print from Smugmug which IS lustre. It would seem to me that matte ought to have no shine, but these do

I'm reording it for you, and would you like it to be 8x12 and not have to crop it?
Of course no charge. http://www.smugmug.com/prints/our-guarantee.mg

My previous order was also for matte (two prints). That is why I said ALL.
As I corrected in my previous message Andy, they do not say Endura so perhaps they are matte, but the finish is EXACTLY like my lustre print which I got from Smugmug, and I thought they should be flat with no sheen. Perhaps I am wrong.

No, not necessary Andy , but just for the record there is no apparent difference in the surface of the lustre and the matte.
Thanks for your attention

Matte is the consumer grade, Kodak Edge paper- it's a bit thinner than Lustre. Similar, yes.
