SOLD: Canon 40D w/ 5000 (+/-) actuations

Hey all -

I'm selling off some of my 40Dso that I may purchase a 5D2! I had another post but because it was confusing to many I have since closed it. The price I'm asking for is $650 (add 3% if using Paypal.) Shipping should cost no more than $20 in the continental US. I think the price I'm asking for is very fair since the camera only has about 5000 shots and is still in very good shape. Don't believe me? Here's some pictures:

Cano you tell me how old the camera is? Does it come with the box and all the original materials? Do you have any references? Sorry for so many questions. I've never bought anything on here before. Mostly on fredmiranda.com (mike1.6) Thanks.
