What an amazing city...

I'm more of a country landscape photographer, since I primarily shoot IR and need some foliage, but I had a blast shooting in San Francisco. Even with the rain/drizzle/fog that was present the whole time my wife Liz and I were there this past weekend.

While I always try to look up and down for good photo ops sometimes it pays to look left or right. The tree at the end of the alley caught my eye and even though I thought of cropping it, it just seems to work for me the way it is. Kind of adds to the perspective of height that I don't much get being here in Northern VA.

I envy those of you who get to call this city home.
