dfine 2.0 apply noise reduction to whole image

I was trying the demo version of Dfine noise reduction. When I first used it I had the noise reduction option of applying to the whole image. But then when I went to use the filer a second time I no longer had the apply to whole image. I only had the selective noise reduction options. I've been searching through the users guide and help file but I can not figure out how to get the apply to whole image option to re-appear. I uninstalled the program and even downloaded a new demo but when I get to the reduce noise step I still do not get the apply to whole image option. How do I get that option?
