How Do I Arrange Photos In A Keyword Group?

I use keywords a lot on my site so viewers can see what they want easily, but i have no idea how the photos are sequenced when a particular keyword grouping comes up. It seems random, and I have no way of putting shots where I want them. Anyone know how they are sequenced? Or better, anyone know of a way to allow arranging photos in a desired sequence, as you can do in a gallery?
