Is it possible to automatically show the capture date (nothing more) for photos. Ideally I would like to see something that would put the date in the first line of the caption ... something like this

2009-05-09 Saturday
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Integer mi dui, varius non, fermentum eget, adipiscing in, odio. Cum sociis natoque penatibus et magnis dis parturient montes, nascetur ridiculus mus. Integer aliquet, elit et sollicitudin vehicula, metus turpis tincidunt libero, interdum congue erat massa in arcu. Nulla facilisi. Vivamus ornare ultrices purus.

Hi, you can add this on your end and put it in the IPTC Description field, we'll read it as the caption. Or, you can add it when on SmugMug, using the Bulk Caption tool. But I'm sorry, we don't have an automatic way of adding it there.

OK, I'll see if I can script something on my end

8 lines of Applescript solved the problem
