I tried this gallery and it's loading fine for me in Smugmug style. None of those JS errors look like they are Smugmug (they look like other pages you have visited). Is there a particular gallery you want me to check? It might help if you cleared the Firebug console before loading your gallery so there is nothing in the console that isn't from your site.

Pasted the gallery link into IE6 and it didn't load photos either so don't think it's local pc. So FF and IE didn't load.
Not had a problem since though so maybe cleared.

I have the same problem ... the gallery loads but not the photos ... it seems intermittent ... sometimes the photos load and sometimes they don't ... I started noticing the issue last night. I wonder what's up with this.

Chuck, clear your browser's cache, and then close and reopen it.

Thanks Andy ... I just tried that and the photos still aren't loading. Plus it's happening on two of my computers. I haven't changed anything lately either.ne_nau.gif

Just to assist in troubleshooting, no problems here in NJ on the east coast.

Wish I could add more about troubleshooting, but Andy seems to have that under control! clap.gif

Chuck, it's your customizing... change the links in your vanity table. Don't use those P-15 links, just use album # and key.

Thanks again Andy. Since Allen was having the same problem I thought it might be at your end somewhere. I'll have to go through my customizing and html to see what I can find headscratch.gif :cry .

Perhaps I'm not understanding what you're saying Andy, but you can literally put any link you want inside the quotes in the vanity table as long as it uses legal characters in javascript. It can be a link to your facebook page if you want. It's just url text. The P-1-15 links should work fine.

Did you see something in particular that indicated this was the problem?

    John and Andy,

I've been using those #P-1-15 links in both my vanity url's and in my inter gallery links almost since the beginning and they've worked flawlessly all along.

Then, last night I noticed that some of my galleries weren't loading the thumb nails or photos.

I followed Andy's advice and got rid of the #P-1-15 in all my links. Now, everything works just fine. Go figurene_nau.gif. Maybe it was a combination of that and something else going on that caused the problem.

Thanks Andy ... I doubt that I would have thought of that as being the problem.

John, I dunno why all I know is that if you he just uses AlbumID_AlbumKey it all works fine.
