Password dialog won't display gallery name in some cases

The password dialog gets messed up if there are HTML characters in the gallery name.

For example, if you create a gallery and make the gallery name this:

<font face="Comic Sans MS" size="3">Customer Gallery 1</font>

Then, the password dialog will not properly show the gallery name. I'm not saying that people should make gallery names like this, but this has happened to a real customer and it should be easily fixed by Smugmug (just escape all HTML chars in the gallery name before displaying)

Here's the actual customer that ran into this problem.

When you fix this, it would be nice if the password dialog did not truncate long gallery names. Since it's HTML that can wrap to as long as required and there are no particular space restrictions in the password dialog, it should show the entire gallery name with no truncation. I have some longer gallery names that differ only at the end and the truncation makes them all look the same.
