    Different looking thing only because I've never seen one of these before...what is it? Love the red head, but it looks like it has an extra hole between the eye and nose...dips in alittle too like an extra breathing hole.

    Thanks Mary Kim. I cannot remember the ID of this duck which I captured in Fort Lauderdale. She would come to my brother-in-laws house every day for bread, and would come inside and walk up to the refrigerator and wait to be fed. It was quite cute I must say.

    If anyone out there can ID this duck, it would be appreciated, although this forum seems quite dead at the momentheadscratch.gif Where did everyone go eek7.gif

    A duck...I was way off. I was thinking it was some kind of funky chicken.

    I looked in my bird book for this bird and the closest I can get to the looks of it is the Muscovy Duck -- the domestic variety. Hopefully someone out there will correct me on this if I'm wrong.

    Heading to the fridge...that is cute :D
