Do anyone know of any high rise building with public access for bird's eye view of the city?

Baldwin Hills at the top on a clear day you can see forever

Try the Tom Bradley Tower up at the top of LA City Hall. It provides 360 degree view, but City Hall is no longer the tallest bldg in the area. Griffith Observatory is another good location.

One I like is the Getty Museum by the Cactus area. From there you can see everything. But, I am not sure if they will allow pros shoot.
