Crazy Slow Tonight?

I've been checking for an update but didn't see anything - my site is loading extremely slow through the jhelms.smugmug.com link but the custom www.johntookmypicture.com link and other websites are running normally.

However, when I try to upload pics through either my custom domain link or the jhelms.smugmug.com link they both bog down and won't load the page.

Still going on, I reset some things - I can browse my site fine through the custom domain but when I try to pull up http://jhelms.smugmug.com/ or upload pics it just doesn't ever fully load....

Hi, the site seems very zippy to us. If you're still experiencing this, please write our heroes, so we can do some diagnostics with you on a one-on-one basis, thanks!

It's working now, just a weird quirk for my night owl uploading I guess...

Hi Andy,
Where would one write these 'heroes'? I know you are one of them - I am sorry if this has been listed somewhere & I missed it.

My site runs/ loads very slow & I am constantly having people tell me they try to look at it but give up cause it won't load. Am I doing something to cause this? I greatly appreciate all the help you give.
