It may documented somewhere but I have a client I am trying to help so I am asking before looking.

The BUY and CART buttons. What are the minimum requirements for OS and IE versions (obviously Windows since IE).

I have a client that cannot see them. He is still on dialup, through AOL, and might be running Win 2k. I'm trying to help him out but I'm just scratching my head. He can't event view the blue boarder I have around my galleries.

(no this is not the gallery with the buy and sell buttons, just showing the boarder. Those client galleries are PW protected. )

Win2k not supported :( nor is AOLs browser.

Min Requirement is Win XP, and IE6. We also support IE7, IE8, and Windows Vista.
Have them try IE, and be sure cookies and javascript are enabled. If they have these enabled they should be able to use the cart.

Is it that W2k is not supported or that it requires ie6 that is post W2k? I know the difference is suttle, but just trying to provide the client with as much info as possible. I don't think he is running through the AOL browser (though I haven't even looked at a system that was running AOL for too long to remember), can you use a browser outside of the AOL dialup manager?

This is for a Bar Mitzvah client that is looking to buy pictures and can't. It's the first time a while I have been brought back to the reality of what some people are still using.

Win2K/IE6 may work, but it's not officially supported, I'm sorry.

Yes, you can use a browser outside of AOL, as far as I know.

Thanks, so you log on to the internet through AOL and just launch FireFox?

Well I can tell you they are visible in W2k and IE6. I have an old laptop the kids fondly call the type writer (Dell inspiron 700 400 mhz PII). Doing some updates and will let you know if the the buttons seem to work after it's done (don't think I've connected to the internet in a few years so this shoudl take a while).
