I found it difficult to get a Downs syndrome child to smile. (Generally speaking, I am not to get at getting ANY child to smile.) But, I really like this one.
Cute shot. The only thing I would wish for is a catchlight so her eyes don't look void. Buy a fuzzy duster and use as a tickler for kids over 18months. That works good for a smile. Bubbles work wonders too!

Photo seems a tad warm for me though... And I like the slight halo effect around the back of her head, Creates a good focal point (her face).
