Wenatchee area wildflowers

My day job brought me over the Cascades for the last couple days to Wenatchee. I did some exploring and found some nice areas of Balsamroot in bloom..

    Beautiful series in a beautiful location. Think the first one is my favorite. Love the close up shot with the sea of flowers behind over the entire landscape. thumb.gif

    Excellent series, my favorite is the first, but they're all very good.

    Thanks, everyone. I wanted to take a portrait version in order to get more of the hillside but there was a steady rain & my lens hood wouldn't keep the lens raindrop-free.
