Who took the "Snowy Chinese Mountain Sunset" shot that I see everywhere?

Hey, hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about. I see this gorgeous photo all over the site. It's the thumbnail for "popular photos" on the front page, and it's on the SMUG info page: http://www.smugmug.com/smugs/info/

I remember looking at the photographers site over a year ago. If I remember correctly he was from China originally and now he's a doctor in California but he travels to China to do landscape photography... I remember just about everything but the guy's name and website. So can someone help me out? I loved everything I saw there, and I'd really like to take a second look.

It is my #1 most favorite landscape. We printed it 72" at SmugMug's HQ in a lightbox and I pause every day to look at it.
