Slow loading sometimes hangs whats quantserve??

Hello,

I have had some issues with pages loading or the simple upload app loading. I have just noticed that smugmug put a new folder in my galleries what is it? I did a search on the internet about quantserve.com which has something to do with the new folder as I have checked the folder files. I was told it could be spying type code, if it is for what reason?

    Hi, quantserv is an anonymous tracking pixel that measures traffic for SmugMug. It's not spyware.

    If you have security software in place you might need to allow *.quantserve.com as a trusted site.

    The new gallery created on your site, it's likely the gallery created by Easy Customizer. What's your site name? ear.gif

    Ok but is it conflicting with my site causing some things to act strange? I have never had any problems
    before.

    Then again it might be the weather storms in my area affecting internet traffic. Slow loading pages and the upload applet not loading and taking 2 to 3 times trying to get it to load.
