A little help with controlling the crop

I remember in the past I was able to change the crop of pictures before they were processed and shipped out. I do not seem to be able to find that option and my pictures orders are being sent out with default crop settings that are just not working in my best interest

Can someone please direct me to that option??

It's proof delay you want - and that is in tools>cusotmize gallery.

it took longer than I would have wished. (it sometimes takes a bit longer to cancel an order over a weekend.) However, we've canceled the first order and placed a new one for which you can adjust the crops.

I hope your customer loves the pictures!

I do not know if they will like the pictures but i sure love the customer service here at smugmug.
