Inpromptu Shot

During my recent corporate headshot shoot I asked the receptionist if she wanted to take a few pictures as well and this is one I got. It came out more of a senior picture style than a corporate headshot but I figured I'd post and get some feedback. C&C welcome.

    This looks pretty good but for the loss of her right shoulder. A little light from camera left to help seperate her shoulder from the background might have been a good thing.

    The white squares in her pupils are a bit distracting but I like the smoothness of her skin and the exposure of her hair.
    Love this place, but I am an ADV rider too!

    Thanks Scott. Yes her hair is actually completely blocking her right shoulder...that being said, a bit more fill light would give some further separation and give dimension to that side.
