Changing times.

I know this is going to sound dumb. But, I don't have alot of sales, and I'm stuck in one area. I have tried figuring it out, but can't come up with the solution. If you make up a new gallery, and put photos in there, is there a way to change it from one photo finisher to another? For instance, if you would now like this gallery to offer printing from EZ Prints, how do you go about changing it?
