water spots

I was out with the fam visiting a local park last week and took the opportunity to shoot an extended exposure of the water fall. Unfortunately, I didn't have a cloth with me, so while I attempted to keep water off the lens (I was in the middle of the water), I still got a few drops on it. What recommendations do you have for processing these out? They're not really good clone situations, but I'd love to hear of any creative way of addressing these big ole' spots on the lens. :scratch Thanks in advance.
