Client Uploading / Gallery Passwords, etc

First off - once again let me apologize if this is answered in another thread. I've spent 30 minutes searching and reading and have ready many threads on the topic, but no definitive answer or solution to what I'm looking for.

I do post processing work for others (photographers, clients, etc) and I'd love to be able to have them upload images to a particular gallery. However, the guest password option is just way more than I want to give to just anyone or client.

Is the email solution the only real option? Is there any planned features that will allow us to have an upload password for specific galleries? If not, with the email solution - how would that work if everything sent to me was put in the same email gallery? IE - How would I know which image belonged to who since multiple clients could upload images and I wouldn't know whose is whose? Does the body of the message for the caption the only way to handle that particular problem?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Assistant password and email uploading, those are the two options you have, I'm sorry we don't have a different answer for you!
