    I'm not sure what the guillemot is eating. Either an eel or a really long, skinny fish. It apparently tried to kill it before swallowing whole. It kept kind of pounding it on the water and shaking it like a dog with a rag. Worked for me because the bird ignored me while doing so. After it swallowed the thing it noticed me and deliberately swam away.

    It's all relative, Glenn. I'm envious of all the hummers and herons down south. Those Harlequins are pretty shy. At least where I see them they are. I was unnable to get close enough after several attemps. Then this one came swimming around the boat while we were anchored. Unfortunately he was just cruising by without so much as a turn of the head headscratch.gif
