Subcategory in Feeds

Hi -
I have been trying to use Yahoo Pipes to determine and display the Category and Subcategory of given items in SmugMug.
In particular, I am using the Recent Galleries feed. The Category does exist in the xml, but I cannot find the Subcategory.
Does the subcat exist in any of the feeds (I don't think so)? Please add if possible!
