Planning and flow within site.

Hello
I have tried a cursory search for the following:
Flow chart
site chart
site tree
parent child
is there a plug in ( firefox, or smugmug ) perhaps or is it just me and my synonyms usage, but it would help with my site organization to have a visual that can plot and reveal where I have a used or need too use more/less galleries & categories.
Looking to avoid orphaning galleries and categories.
