I shot this using a brightly lit white painted wall as the background, direct sunlight bouncing off the wall to light the dandelion from behind.

Used my eyes to manually focus the Sigma 105

and I normally use the AF....

Used LR to bring out the detail and a high pass filter for sharpening.
