Edit thread titles?

Why don't changes to thread titles show up after I edit them?

Case in point: This thread.

    Because DGrin does not allow it. While you can edit your post, and your post's title can be changed, the thread's title cannot be edited.

    Request to Mods to change if you need to...

    That's a bummer. How do I draw attention to a price drop on a For Sale item ?
