Sow Thumbs Up again

Sorry -- that's "show"...

A while back, I disabled the Thumbs Up on all my galleries, but now want to reenable it. I've tried this on my People in Sydney gallery, and after saving it, have gone back and to that gallery's customization page and selected all my other public galleries to be the same. It does say to allow the thumbs up on all these, yet the thumbs sign does not appear on hovering the mouse pointer over any photo.

Can anyone help? Thanks.

Sorry! I've only just realised that I added this:
displaySmugPopular = false;
to my Javascript footer to suppress the thumbs!
